“Armenian Caritas” Charitable NGO with the support of the European Union organized a seminar on “THE RULES OF BUSINESS AND TRADE IN THE SITUATIONS of THE CRISIS” within the framework of “Recognize, Protect, Implement” program a series of online workshops for small and medium enterprises. The workshops were aimed at promoting SMEs during the situations of crisis, recognizing the necessary tools and developing the applied skills. The topic of the first workshop was “SMM (Social Media Marketing) during the situations of crisis”.
The experts of the Iris Business Incubator, created with the support of the EU, presented to the participants the role and significance of social media marketing in the process of increasing the target group of consumers, upgrading the interest toward the brand, and solving business tasks in general. It is very important that small and medium-sized entrepreneurs can have the opportunity to disseminate information about their activities through social media independently without the participation of the organizer. Promotion on social media allows influencing accurately the target audience, select platforms where that audience is represented, and the most appropriate means of communication with that audience. The overall goal of the program was to promote the protection of human rights of asylum seekers, refugees and migrants in Lebanon and Armenia.
In this seminar from Yerevan Haybusak University participated a lecturer at the Chair of Economics at the Faculty of Social Sciences Narine Hovsepyan.
