The application for registration as an applicant is submitted by the person or their authorized person in the name of the head of the institute, attaching the following documents:

copies of the diploma of the master or diploma specialist or resident and its appendix (for those who have received higher education in foreign countries, a document on the adequacy of their education)
list of published scientific works or a scientific abstract from the chosen profession.
autobiography and three photos (3x4 )
extract from the workbook (if the applicant is working).
