The 4th-year student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature and the 2nd-year foreign students from the Faculty of Medicine, with the specialization of Pharmacology, by the initiative of teacher G. Mnoyan, spent an open class at Haybusak University. The students had prepared materials on the national-cultural peculiarities and gastronomy of their own countries. The theoretical part of the class was followed by the practical one: the degustation of food. The participants discussed the cultural, religious, family relations, as well as the similarities and differences of habits. The meeting promoted the acquisition and strengthening of intercultural knowledge among students.
