Headed by teacher A. Vahanyan, the 4th-year students of the Faculty of Humanities, with the specialization of Pedagogy and Psychology, organized an open class at the house-museum of Avetik Isahakyan. The topic of the class was “Psychological Alienation”. The students presented a comparative analysis of A. Camus’ “The Stranger” and A. Isahakian’s poem “Abu-Lala Mahari”, emphasizing the characteristic features of psychological alienation according to the characters’ perceptions. The class was held by the method of academic debate. We thank Head Anzhela Khorenyan and the entire staff of the Museum for the productive class.
